What gets logged here
We log changes that are user-visible:
New capabilities and endpoints.
Behavioral changes that can affect integrations.
Fixes that change outputs or error behavior.
Deprecations and removal timelines when applicable.
We do not log every internal refactor.
Deprecations
Deprecations are listed before removal when possible. Entries state what is changing and what to do next.
Security notes
Security entries are included when disclosure is appropriate. We avoid posting details that increase risk. Critical issues may be fixed before public disclosure.
